ABOUT THE CHEF
The Back Story
Oscar has grown up in the great city of Reno.
He worked many different occupations, but nothing really captured his attention like cooking, when the recession of 2008 hit, Oscar was faced with looking for another career, he took it as a chance to quit being a personal banker and place all his efforts into cooking.
Starting from the dish pit to mastering many different types of cuisine and techniques from culinary visionaries.
His journey to becoming a chef has led him to opening his own restaurant in the heart of the city where he was born.
Now he invites you to enjoy his take on foods from far and wide and from the mind of a chef.
